Acceptance commit: 5b1a17d. Real private text and raw-PCM paths passed; finalized transcripts persist while raw audio remains transient. T10 proved cross-modality teaching and recall. T11 proved reconnect, idempotent replay, and provider-failure preservation. Local concurrency, duration, reconnect, audio, and estimated-cost limits fail closed. A stale heading in the Phase 5 results file is historical; the accepted baseline records Phase 5 as accepted. Provider billing remains authoritative.
