Roadmap
Phase 7
Daily-use and operational qualification of the accepted V0.1 stack.
Phase 7 is in progress as of September 11, 2026. It is the daily-use and
operational-qualification gate for the accepted Phase 4–6 system, not a source
of new architecture or features.
The qualification protocol requires three consecutive days of genuine,
single-user teaching, fresh-session recall, correction, voice/text continuity,
and document knowledge use. It records provenance quality, drift observations,
resource/health evidence, recurring backup behavior, isolated recovery, and
all defects. Scripted fixtures are useful regression checks but do not count as
daily-use evidence.
The detailed qualification plan is maintained in the private canonical project
record; this page summarizes its public status. See the Learning Field Guide
for the genuine-use exercises. The V0.1 stack remains configured, tested and
accepted; no capability becomes OPERATIONAL until T17 passes with no required
failure or unexplained pending item.
