# Validation overview

> Acceptance is evidence-backed, environment-specific, and separate from operational status.

Acceptance proceeds from local tests to deployed proof, restart persistence, isolated restore, clean-environment verification, and regression checks. A planned test is not a passing test; mocked-provider evidence is not real-provider evidence.
