## Current source of truth

`PROJECT.md`, `ARCHITECTURE.md`, `DECISIONS.md`, `CURRENT_STATE.md`, `DEVELOPMENT_METHOD.md`, `OPEN_QUESTIONS.md`, `REQUIREMENTS.md`, `docs/ACCEPTANCE_TESTS.md`, `docs/OPERATIONS.md`, code/migrations/tests, and the Phase 3–7 evidence packs in `docs/evidence/` are canonical repository sources. These are paths in the private `RocheAIOps/project-brain` repository; readers without access should use this Mintlify site as an explanatory view rather than as direct evidence access.

## Historical source

`source-history/` preserves planning and handoff provenance. It does not override accepted current decisions; Azure/Dify-era material is historical where superseded.

## External reference

Official Gemini, Doppler, Docker, PostgreSQL/pgvector, Hostinger, NetBird, and Basic Memory documentation support implementation decisions. Their documentation is not canonical B.R.A.I.N. state.
