# Phase acceptance criteria

> How approved, configured, tested, accepted, and operational claims differ.

**APPROVED** accepts scope. **CONFIGURED** means the target was actually configured. **TESTED** means recorded checks passed. **ACCEPTED** means the phase evidence was reviewed and accepted. **OPERATIONAL** requires live access, recovery, and sustained-use evidence appropriate to the capability.

Phase 4–6 are accepted/configured/tested; Phase 7 is in progress and remains the operational gate. Its technical prerequisites passed, but the required three-day genuine-use window is not complete.
