# Current state

> Accepted capabilities, current hosting boundary, and the next gate.

## Accepted baseline

The current primary host is Hostinger. The application UI/API bind to loopback, PostgreSQL has no host-published port, and NetBird carries administration. GitHub repository `RocheAIOps/project-brain` is private; Git holds canonical source, policy, migration, and documentation history. Mintlify is its presentation layer.

## Qualified capability boundary

The application is configured and tested through Phase 6; it is not yet declared operational. BitLocker status for the local off-host backup destination remains unverified, so backup confidentiality is not qualified for confidential material.
