* Canonical cognitive state belongs to B.R.A.I.N., not a provider or vector-only store.
* Corrections preserve authority, confidence, evidence, and history.
* The application is a portable FastAPI/PostgreSQL/pgvector/artifact modular monolith.
* Text and Live share the Conversation Gateway.
* Basic Memory is isolated temporary development memory, never cognitive state.
* Hostinger replaces the historical Azure runtime; Azure remains superseded evidence.
* GPU and permanent-host decisions are deferred and provider-neutral.
* NetBird-only management and loopback/private runtime boundaries are accepted security decisions.
* Codex is the primary implementation owner; future self-improvement remains gated.
